Schedule 11 captures the annuities received from pension, provident and/or preservation funds.

Income

• Namibian portion of the totals received from a:
  • Provident Fund;
  • Pension Fund; and/or
  • Preservation Fund.

Notes

• Please attach certificates issues by the institution reflecting details of amounts paid / amounts received.
