The National Technical Working Group (NTWG) in collaboration with the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) Secretariat will be conducting a Time Release Study (TRS) at the Trans Kalahari Border Post. This study aims to measure the average release time of cargo, in compliance with Article 7.6 of the World Trade Organization Trade Facilitation Agreement. The TRS NTWG comprises officials from NamRA, various Ministries, Other Government Agencies, and the private sector.
In light of this initiative, the NTWG is currently seeking 14 Enumerators. These Enumerators will be recruited from the border vicinity and compensated by the SADC Secretariat
